front and rear IFS?
has anyone seen this swap or attempted one like this? i was thinking about if it was possible the other day when a H1 passed by...

Just for clarity, the "F" in IFS stands for front, so you are talking about IFS and IRS.
There is a bolt on kit available to convert the rear of some late model Toyota's to IRS, if you really must experience it. See the last back issue of 4WD Toyota Owner magazine for a photo of the kit and some details.

I have also seen a website for jeeps to do this same thing, but they also confert to IFS...
There are reasons why IFS and IRS are better than SFA and SRA, but I dont recall them....well I guess lots of snow running is one...

Not only has it been done, but as I said, someone makes a kit for it.

It's just that no one is sure why you would want to make a perfectly good Toyota perform poorly off road like a Hummer.
