Flipped my 4runner :(
probably the saddest person in the world today. Was driving down the highway and hit a patch of ice, lost control drove into the ditch and rolled her three times. I thought i was going to cry when i crawled out the sunroof.
im pretty lucky all i have is a sore neck and back...
Im going to be depressed for the next 3 weeks I dont know if im gonna get it back they might write it off

well, icbc called
they will not repair it
HOWEVER
the estimator told me that there is no frame damage... all cosmetic
They offered me $4000 ballpark for it
The thing is, if I take it my insurance goes up $6500 over 7 years... why even have insurance.
So Im set on taking her back and rebuilding her. Now I can take my time and do everything I wanted to it.

OUCH, that's some crazy math there your insurance company gave you.
I think if it were me and it were "fixable" by our standards, I would, and I'd also look into switching insurance companys.
Glad you are OK.

Wasn't too bad actually... bruised ribs and I got a concussion from banging my head against the driver side window. ( window was up ) I was knocked out for only a few minutes haha this happened right outside my highschool, so I had quite a scene going. I woke up to my buddy chris shaking me hysterically asking me if I was dead.

I'm in on the North Shore too? Where did you flip it? Sorry to hear. If it were my truck, I'd do a body swap and leave ICBC out of the deal. $4000 is pretty good from ICBC- your truck is only "worth" about $2500 according to the Gold Book, which ICBC uses to determine tax value (I dont know if that's what Claims uses as well).
