you can get "TOYOTA" jdm flares from eBay. i think i am getting lunds cause i dont have the money when the jdm flares DO come on eBay, cause their only ever on so often. or just look in the UK for factory ones. and i totally agree with EWAyota. take off your flares BEFORE you go on trails.

Someone put the Bushwacker flares from a pickup onto his 4Runner - the rear ones actually fit right and didn't obstruct the door movement. I thought that looked pretty good and they are plenty wide to be functional

My understanding [depending on which ones you are talking about lol] is generally yes, you may have to rough up the surface a bit with some fine sandpaper and you should use a paint designed for plastic and primeing may be needed depending on the paint you're using but other than that...

Jungle Fender Flares on Ebay are definitely paintable. They come with a protective film on them so they don't get scuffed up from shipping and handling. So you just peal that off before install and they have a nice finish that doesn't "need" paint. They can also be buffed, or sanded for matte.
They are available for 89-95 Pick Up and 95-04 Tacoma. This Tacoma has only been washed, not painted or buffed, and check out the finish.

How do the jungle flares take paint Blake? does the ABS material they use accept it well or does it end up peeling/chipping? I ask because I may want a dark blue as opposed to black finish when I order mine.
also how is the fit on the 89-94 flares? any issues? I remember the old deep ones had problems but I understand they don't make them anymore.
Is anybody else using the jungle flares? thoughts/opinions please...
