My jeepin buddies hate it when i say that! they just threaten to get Toyota recovery team bumper stickers for their jeeps!
And how do you mean lopsided? As in one on one side and none on the other? I got the thing for free and dont have money to buy another one at 285/for one. I cant just do with out either, as i got everything in there. Two bottle jacks, a 28 foot logging chain, 2 ton come-a-long, jumper cables, small air compresser, coolant, oil, various hand tools, flash light, and some electrical equipment (im an electrician by trade, but a student at the moment).

not trying to rag on you or your truck or anything.. but id try and mount it inside the bed somehow, and make it removable in case you need all or your bed... the lopsiddedness would get me too..
do those visors actually shield any sunlight? ive never ridden in a vehicle with them installed, and always thought they were pointless, but i cant talk by any means..
ttyl

I do need the box, and there is no other way to mount it, however, its just four screws and its off. The lop sidedness you get used to.
The visor shields lights only some of the time, and mostly creates a TON of wind drag, so much so that at 75, it actually will hold you back. I dont recommend getting one if your gonna run high ways. If your all about appearance, i think they look cool, but id never buy one myself (it came installed on the truck, im thinking about removing it after running interstate speeds today...).

Here are the latest...
Before, with American Racing Rims...
After, with SR5 4 spokes... (So begins Project: SR5 Conversion)
Before, with visor... (Thought it looked great!)
After, without the visor... Ouch Body Damage! (But being able to plow through wind gusts without being held back is all worth it.)
And, on a side note, leaving the Habitat for Humanity House i was working at llast Saturday, i decided to have a little photo shoot via a pile of stones...
Flex It Baby!
From the back. Surprised my bent leafs would do this...
Enjoy! I guess ill just use this as my Update/Build up thread or something...

The after pic, with the SR5 Rims, my truck is actually pointing slightly down hill! Saggy Butt Syndrome to the Extreme!

SR5 rims? I personally like the looks. I have a deluxe, as you may very well know, and am converting it to SR5. Why do the rims now, not when i get tires? Im going on a road trip on thursday, and my bent left front american racing rim caused a pretty decent shimmy at cruise speed. right in between 53-62 miles per hour. not good for a trip of any length.
Plus, i got a killer deal on those rims. junk yards around here want almost as much for beat to heck steelies, so why not go premium alloys?
oh, jay, i am going to need to do H.G.s in the near future, would you recommend the weasy2k cams?
