Tranny mount? Driveshaft U-joints?

Most likely driveshaft related. Check the u-joints and the slip joints for any play.

You can have your driveshaft rebalanced if everything else checks out.

Do you have a lift? Did you correct your pinion angle? If the angle of the u-joint at the tranny is not equal and opposite to the one going into the rear end, you will get a pulsating vibration.

It could be the things listed above too. Or an out of balance tire. A loose tie rod end can cause shimmies at certain speeds. Although if it's related to power on or off, then start with the drivetrain.

worn slip yoke on rear drive shaft is most likely. Check t-case output bearings too.

please put your info in your sig.. to rule out either half of your drive train.. take out your front shaft from your t case to your front diff.. at the same time unlock your hubs.. as i dont know your setup... if you have ADD and no manual hubs.. just remove the locking plates.. then drive it.. if you still have the problem then u know its not your front shaft, diff, or your CV's.. its a place to start..
