Im pretty new to toyota trucks and im fixing a guys body on a 87 2wd pickup its pretty rotted. The bed is the worse of course and i have found a very nice 4x4 bed of the same body style, so i am wondering is the bed wheel wells flared more than the 2x4? Thanks

 

The 4x4 box is different. The frames are also different but not sure of the mounting hole locations though. Body shape is different.

Well that sucks that their that different, this is the one im working on now.

 

I think that is the same except it is the japan style with the lip. Man if someone did that to a toyota box in that shape in canada theyed get punched in the head. A trailer...gees... That box is worth a grand in canada.

 

So u think it is a 2wd one just a Japan style one? The body lines and everything should line up right?

 

I am not 100% sure that that model 4x4 box is different. I know the 89-95 2wd and 4wd are. The fenders stick out more on the 4wd. Throse pics look like the same box except for the rolled top. You have a flat top usa made box, the white one is a japan made one. I would go get it.
