lol damn guys, im 19 too!

i saw some stuff called transmission fixer at walmart, im sure there are better brands, but see if you could possibly put some stuff in your tranny fluid to help it.
why not just try that and wait till the transmission dies alltogether? get all you can out of it! but be prepared when that happens.

i know definately what it means to have a truck money pit. mines mostly things i wanna do to keep it up. my tranny fluid is dark and i worry everyday..

i also had the 20-50 in mine, went to napa auto parts and picked up a good oil filter, and some lucas' oil stabalizer. ill let you know how that goes. so far so good.

as for me, i still need to get my sag done, air filter, some engine mods, spark plugs and ohhhh have you tried seafoam yet???
if not, try it! im gonna have my go pretty soon. heard nothing but wonders from it.

oh yeah, and my brakes sound like someones dieing!!!! errrrrrrrrrrrrrttttttttttt. good thing for the tinted windows!

all in all, your not alone bud!!!!!

thats another thing i dont have an engine hoist or a transmission jack. if i bought it, id prob strip everything out and sell everything individually and take the rims for myself, if they were any good. and i would put it next to the garage, but from the side of the garage to the neighbors yard, its about 2.5 feet. barely any room. ill see what i can do about getting my uncle to get a storage unit, or i may get one myself, and put all the boxes in there. oh yeah, at work today i test fitted those 35" Mickey Thompson Baja Claws.. didnt put them on the rim.. fits perfectly in the wheel well and looks AWESOME too. my only problem with those is the big void... id get em siped deff.. but that V pattern void kind of worries me... prob spend 600 bucks and have them BALD within 8 months.

oh as soon as i get settled financially the oogah is being replaced with an air horn. OH crap, deleted my PMs..... there was someone i promised that horn to when i got a new one... CRAP. god, thanks for commenting.. now i feel bad i forgot who i promised that frickin thing to! lol. oh, and never ran seafoam... im gonna do regular oil changes so i wont have to worry about oil leaks. an oil leak isnt as easy to fix as a coolant leak.... lol

I'm kinda in the same boat, need to fix a few things also and I got a problem with something right now with stuttering at low rpm's...probably from mudding and taking trails to look for new mud pits...to help me forget I have problems with my truck and no money.

And holy crap is everyone here the same age as their truck or what? Makes me feel old being double plus a few on mine.

if i can find a cheap storage unit, ill do it, but from what ive heard even the 10x10s are like 100 a month. im already paying 150 a month for insurance, and 40 a month for the gym. i really DONT need another 100 a month for my uncles stuff. you know what i mean? if i bought that truck, id take stuff from it for mine, then probably take the engine out and experiment with it, you know, refer to the book and rebuild it. who knows, i could prob end up rebuilding it and selling it for 3 or 4 times what i bought it for. haha.

yeah, but its probably not worth the work to build up. and you know, if you build it up and it does look sick, you aint sellin it. your keepin it lol.

i dont park my runner inside either, its a truck its rugged, leave it outside.

driveways are cool..

maybe just condense your uncles stuff and make room for a tiny little toolbox, and some power tool goodies?
