a.d.d. to aisin hubs

Just wondering if anyone can tell me if there is anything special i will need to do to install aisin hubs on my a.d.d. system or if it just a remove and install process??

remove, install manual hub. it's almost too easy...

make sure you have add and not auto hubs



if you have auto its still easy bot more work.

Yup.

You basically remove a steel splined hub, and replace it with the locking hub.

Be aware that when your new aisan hubs are unlocked, that you loose the syncronization between the ADD and the halfshafts. So DO NOT shift on the fly unless your hubs are locked up.

It's more like swear at and beat on pesky cone washers for an hour or 2, remove, install manual hub, search garage for missing aforementioned cone washers
