cv boots torn in 2 days

I replaced both axles with rebuilt ones from napa they lasted 2 days and are throwing grease due to split boots. I have bj spacers and diff drop they still tore. I also notice when I jack it up and let the wheel hang the right side will lock up . is this normal with the bj spacers

Do you have any bumpstops on that thing? The droop is what's gettin ya from the sounds of it...

Lol. Lower your torsion bars maybe?

And yea, there's been reports of aftermarket cv axles having less travel then stock. Which could be why your front wheel is locking up.

its the bump stops. i have seen this before on here and it usually happens when the cv's get too much droop and they pull the cv apart and rip the boots. make sure your bump stops are high enough so you dont get too much droop thats my 0.02

I would guess the bump stops under the upper control arm. I should shim them to allow less travel ? The torsion bars have not been touched.

Napa remans seem to suck. 2-3 days of driving in the snow and mine were spewing grease all over. Good thing I never took the original ones back in as cores...

I really dont get why someone doesnt just come up with really durable boots. I dont know how many CV's I've replaced just because the stupid boots were torn. CV's themselves last a really long time if they dont get full of crap.
