Coolant in all cylinders, HG looks ok

I think I will work on pulling the engine this weekend and then rebuild it. What is the estimated cost of rebuilding the engine including machine work? I imagine I would want to have the block and head surfaced and the walls bored. Im thinking about buying another working engine to throw in while I rebuild this one.
@Yotasnap I will look into those theorys after work today. The cylinder walls are glossy but i cant feel any ridges with my nail. the bolt was in place and did not seem to tight. but yes the block has oil all over it.

Engines not that heavy. Any old bolts will work. I wouldn't hesitate to use the head bolts, but better safe than sorry if you can easily find the right size
