Clutch Master Cylinder/Slave Cylinder
These symptoms could also be experienced by the slave also but in the case of bleed down then there is generally a leak at the slave , and alot of times the slave's piston cylinder housing becomes worn and or varnished which leads to restricted travel (varnish/buildup),restricted travel(piston binding due to wear on cylinder and or seals).
But air can be trapped in hydraulic system of clutch and reduce the travel of the slave cylinder or make the depression of the clutch arm spongy so to speak , if the system is properly bled and there are no leaks at slave and you have a problem with travel of the slave piston/clutch arm then that will generally indicate a bad MC considering you have no leaks witch should be rather evident on that little hydraulic system.

hehehe ..............anywhere cheaper than the stealership but some parts are better from the old stealer but I think your pressure hose for the hydraulic clutch will be fine from them .

If you use the die you will have to wait a while before testing because circulation in that little (one way) hydraulic system could take quite a while on the other hand if you were to mix the dye in the fluid and drain MC with syringe and refill and then bleed system well it would be distributed throughout the entire system , just after you bleed it if you have some spillage just spray down with degreaser and hose off .
And if you were to do this I would make sure that the dye is going to be compatible with brake fluid as well.

So the problem has slowly worsened to the point that I can only drive the truck with no clutch slipping for about 30 minutes and then the clutch requires bleeding again.
Fortunately, the parts came in and RockoTaco is comin' over to help me tomorrow. Pray that Advance will give me my money back...
