Greetings gents,

Bought this from my brother 3 yrs ago, has 161,000 daily driver miles. Runs wonderful, but has become increasingly difficult to shift. Double clutching helped. Finally got so popped out of gear couple of times.

I figured the clutch was not releasing all the way, so not going all the way in gear. Also pedal squeaking for long time (I know should have looked at that sooner). I got nylon bushings for the pedal shaft and replaced OK. Also got a new master cyl (old one original from factory) and slave cyl (old original one replaced a few years back).

Couldn't get good pedal action and release, even though the slave was pushing the release arm what I thopught should be enough. figured new MC bad and got another one. Still no good. I think bleeding is OK, because its pushing a solid column of fluid out when I tighten the bleedr screw.

I took closer look at the linkage and the hole in the clutch pedal shaft is ovaled, the bushing for that hole was missing, and the clevis pin is worn grooved.

I got new pedal shaft, bushing and clevis pin from dealer. I'm going to take it to a shop and also request that they replace the clutch disc. It didn't chatter, slip or noisy, but its got to be worn out at 161,000 miles.

Anything else that may be wrong or should be considered? I read about some cracked clutch pedal/firewall issues on the T-100 models.

161 oin a clutch? thats it? i have 256 on the original clutch! lol
