I broke my clutch pedal bracket earlier this year. Took some line and put loop around pedal and used the door stop as a pulling point and tied it off measured pedal height I believe it should be 6 inches off angle of floor behind the petal this pulled the crack together .Then I drilled the bracket and thru bolted it to the firewall about an inch from where the plunger for the master goes. I then I got some plumbers epoxy and mixed up and mushed the putty all around the crack . I also put some on the end of the bolt to keep the nut from backing off . It's a temporary fix but it temporary is permanent. It's working great. The putty comes in a tube just break it off mix the two parts and in 15 mins it's as hard as a rock.
