Clutch opinion
I am interested in your guys opinon on this clutch.
W0133-1606207
Daikin (OEM)
Clutch Kit
TYC538; TYD130U; BRG445 - Disc is 225 mm OD
TYC538; TYD010U; BRG445
$127.69
</H5>
This new on has 4 springs on the clutch disc. My old one I took off has 6 springs. Ya think the new one will perform just as well as the 6 springer?
How about Dailkin parts?

In my experience, autohausaz only carries quality parts. Daikin is a Japanese-made clutch, and is probably of good quality.
However, everyone who has a Marlin clutch raves about it; it's a heavier duty clutch (1200 lb vs 900 lb stock) yet is a very comfortable, streetable clutch. It's on sale right now for $152. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

flywheels are too cheap to have turned.last one i bought was $50 new.Doesnt matter about the springs.BW used to have lots of good clutch info on their website, specifically dealing with springs and dampers.short answer is no worries mate.I dont like heavy duty clutches cause I dont really need one,but the marlin seems to be the hot deal.I used an Lce clutch once and hated it.very grabby.I currently have a cheapo soft disc on my lce pressure plate and am very happy with it.

Yea I LOVE my marlin crawler 1200lb clutch. It feels just like stock but yet its never slipped. Its alot easier on my knee since its just like a stock clutch. My friend has a "napa performance clutch" in his truck and that pedal is so hard.
I thank Jay for recommending this clutch to me haha.

i bought one of those clutches a while back off ebay now take into account it was a few years ago.
Mine was put together with parts from returns and made into a clutch kit with all the parts it worked ok.
I now use Luk clutches and I am very happy The one I use engages good and is not hard to push.

Thanks ya'll.
I have already received the dailkin clutch with free shipping. I am going to try this one because I do not haul a big trailer or rock crawl. But, with I would of seen the Marlin sale a little earlier.
My tranny is rebuilt and this week we are going to put it back together
