Clunking Noise in 4Hi!! Help!!
So I took off yesterday morning in 4lo and everything seemed to do okay. I had no problem getting up the hill by my house in the snow. When I got to the top, I switched over to 4hi to gain speed some. My problem is, is that while my hubs are locked in and in 4hi, I get a clunking noise from my front passenger side, and as soon as I hear the noise, my truck pulls towards the left bad. It only seems to do this in 4hi. So far it has never done this in 4lo or 2hi, so I'm stumped. I checked the CV axle for play and there doesn't really seem to be any. Any help would greatly be appreciated! Oh yeah, the truck is a 93 pickup with the 3vze 4x4 with Mile Marker manual hubs. Thanks in advance for any help!
