i understand a horn is very simple wiring even if the plug isnt the same but i really want plug and play so what are my options?

These GM horns do not have a matching connector. You would have to find a matching Toyota horn that is louder. I don't think there is such a thing.

Just cut the wire off of you horn, attach it to the wiring on the Caddy horn. Your wiring harness is not modified, and if you want to go back to stock, get a stock one at a boneyard.
