Brake Question: Can you lock 'em up on pavement?

I bled them again yesterday. This time, I bled the hell out of them. There must have been a little air trapped in the system somewhere cause the brakes work a little better now. Still no skid marks though..
I'm really not sure how my LSPV is adjusted. I've never messed with it. Every 4 months or so, I do tighten up the rear brakes to the point where they are dragging ever so slightly.

Lock em up every time during hard braking. Then again I got my lspv bypassed, so that might be some of the reason. I'll run over some sign posts and trees before I'll slam into a car. I do what it takes to keep my insurance premium down

i have NO abs (that went away wiht ifs and coils) and i also removed the break proposinaing valve thingy too. i can lock up the rears but i've never noticed if i can lock up the front.... i do know that if i time it right i can hit the breaks in such a way it looks like i have hydros/air bags.... or if i let off the breaks at the right time the upward return after the nose dive will cause the truck to go backwards even on level ground... fun trick to play at red lights and friends behind me....

I'm pretty sure i read im my manual when you put it in 4wd the abs is disabled.
