Block heater
It's been below freezing in the mornings here in Northern Oklahoma... low 20s. Wind chill near zero.
Moyo didn't like the cold and would rattle a little extra trying to get lubed up.
I noticed when we bought this rig it had a block heater plug in, hanging neatly near the front drivers side turn signal.
So last night I ran an extension cord and plugged it in.
It (the engine) was toasty warm this morning and fired up instantly with no rattling...
I'm impressed with the block heater!!!

Well I was going to take a picture, but it's buried under and behind the dizzy...
ours is a turbo, the turbo heat shield is also blocking the view... power steering pump is also in the way. Rrrr
but its on the drivers side toward the front of the block just above where the oil dipstick is.

I was rather surprised at how nice it sounded when I started it...
having one on now and seeing how warm starts might give me a longer life,
not suggesting that everyone should do this, it does make sense for those living in colder regions.
