here's an option:
Stock shocks measurements:
Upper Mount:Stem 3/8" x 16 thread pitch
Lower Mount:Loop Type 5/8" x 1 1/2"
Compressed Length:9.250"
Extended length:13.625"
Travel Length:4.375"

Longer front shocks for your 1.5" - 2.5" lift:
1985-1996 Suzuki Samari,
Upper Mount:Stem 3/8" x 16 thread pitch
Lower Mount:Loop Type 5/8" x 1 5/16"
Compressed Length:9.625"
Extended length:15.375"
Travel Length:5.750"
Gabriel Pro Guard p.n. 61549 ($21.99@autozone) or Monroe p.n. 59002 ($16.99@checker)

There's little sense in loosing all that droop you just gained by using a bumpstop 2" larger

yeah longer shocks would be an easy fix for the droop, but then the only problem is the CV's will bind up, even with the 1" diff drop

I installed the diff drop, I tried locking in the hubs and spinning the hub... no beuno... she seizes up... so I installed those taller bumpstops, and now there's no binding

so you see, it would have to be longer shocks AND some custom CV's, possible the ol Porche-inner hybrids, but that's some $$$$ there...

I went and picked up my new t-bar bolts and nuts today a whole $18.81 !

got them thrown on, and right now just completely relaxed with the truck back on all 4 wheels again, cause it's a lot easier to work under the hood with the trucks a little lower to the ground, lol

OH, and also, another merical for the day!

Hey Bleeder-Dude, AWESOME JOB!!! My wife is quite annoyed that I have spent the last 3 days pouring over the saga that is your rebuild, but like every good drama, I can't lay it down! You're ideas are awesome! While I totally get the crawler/mudder truck builds, there must be a place for us guys that love our Toys to death, and use them as they were originally intended, as a daily driver. Everything looks great and a wonderful inspiration as I will probably be in your shoes in about 2 years.

Quote from my Father after showing him this build,
"He isn't going to mess it up by putting it in a truck is he?"
