Obviously if you don't know what to do with YOUR money then don't ask others. How should I spend my $50 in my pocket??? There are innumerable answers.

I guess you didn't see my suggestion to buy a TACOMA did you?
I guess buying a better truck isn't in your vocabulary

no need to argue guys...he was only asking for opinions though, no need to get mad if he doesn't take your advice. But I will give you buying a better truck isn't a bad option. O and you should spend that $50 on gas or just go ahead and send it my way. I'll pay for shipping.

I got it, I got it! Buy an early 90's f250 diesel as a dd/ tow rig, put a bunch of cash into your trail rig, and send me the rest. PM me for where to send the money.
peace

thankye 94runner4x4. and i have to disagree on how 91 should spend his 50 bucks.. buy some more encyclopedias(is that how you spell it webster?) and start his own forum on how to talk proper and perfect. anyways back to OP.. around my parts they have a tobacco scholorship. they let you go to a local community college for 2years for free if you dad or grandfather raised baccer... somewhat hick, but everyone around my parts is. and i bout bought an 85 a cople months back theres a thread on it. i could got it for $800. it had a flatbed on it and the frame had surface rust, but what toyota doesnt, and it had 225,000 on the clock, but i couldnt come up with the money. and i love teh older fords. but the ones i seen were a good 10k and up that didnt have 250000 miles on em

You know, since it costs $50 for an encyclopedia

I don't see how my suggestion doesn't apply to your thread. You asked how you could spend your money. I answered you could buy a Tacoma.

Apparently your not the brightest of America...ever heard of "saving"???

Lets see, $17k in a CD for 10 years at 7% compounded monthly is what?...Bueller?

17k(1+0.07/12)12x10= $34,164...is that not good enough? Think about it if you saved for 40 years....

40 years of compounding interest with $17k is = $277,294...now, when I was in elementary school, I learned that $227k is bigger than $17.

Yeah, you are in the same boat as me, I got me a tow rig, and it really does help knowing that you dont have to drive the trail rig home after wheeling. My yota is street legal, so I still drive it around town.

I would do the SAS, lockers, gears, and get a tow rig, I have never used my winch, or my hilift. I am actually ready to get a diesel though, the chevy tows her pretty good though, I am really just ready for another truck.
