As far as I know you only have two choices: Downey and NWOR. Most people seem pretty happy with their dealings with Downey but I have heard a lot of complaints about NWOR. I'm sure they are both an equal PITA to install so no winners there.
There's alot of information and opinions that have already been discussed here.

I've got the Downeys on my 3.0. They were a PITA to install, esp without a body lift, but they fit, and they improve power, and torque, and make the exhaust sound loads better. Also, lower under hood temps. I'm very happy with them. A little pricey, but I don't regret them at all, and would buy them again. Also, no leaks, and no problems.

I have the NWOR. I bought them in chrome and it didn't last. Had them stripped and ceramic coated, they are doing much better, but the pitting from failed chrome is still there.
Get them un coated and put ceramic on them.
PITA to install.
Minimal performance gains. Then again, the 3.slow does not respond to any performance mod very well.
Melted the starter windings. Made a heatshield (+ceramic)
If I were you, I'd put that money into a savings account and when you get enough swap in the 3.4
