If you need room for bigger tires, in my opinion they are not worth it since they will let the suspension compress as much as without the spacers and allow the tires to rub. A body lift would be a better option.
If you want a little more travel with stock sized tires, or oversized tires with a body or suspension lift, then they are worth it. However, I would install greaseable ball joints in there if you don't already have them, and like Teuf did, relax the bars for no lift from the spacers.

i just want a nice 2-3 inch lift without having to extend my brake lines im going to get new shocks for sure but i kind of want my rig taller so what would be my best option i mostly asked on the bj spacers because of the OME lift kit has them and the taller rear coils for my runner

Jesus Christ. I get sick and tired of folks that think a SAS is the only way to run. Damn if I pop a tire wheeling my IFS someone will scream out "SAS IT!!!" like that's the best option....

I love my BJ spacers. go to 4crawler and grab his 1.5" BJ spacers, add a set of 2" rear lift coils like OME, or what wabfab has, and 4 shocks. You'll never regret it. You could also pretty easily throw on a 1" body lift kit first/second/at the same time. That would leave you with plenty of clearance to play with 33's of nearly any width you decide and not have any rubbing problems. I don't know if you have an auto or manual trans, but its much easier to fit a 1" BL on than anything auto, a 2" is what I'm going for in my manual trans equipped truck as I'm gonna need the room to stuff a 5vze engine between my hood and framerails (but thats a whoooole other story!). If you decide to SAS or rear leaf swap later, you can always use the mild 1" body lift in addition to the smaller springs to clear some pretty impressively sized meats.

Go for the BJ spacers definitely. I ran them on my pickup until I sold it. I had the 1.5" SORDI spacers and a 3" tuff country aal. I did have to crank the t-bars a bit to level it out but it all worked out fine even without a diff drop. It makes it easier on the CVs if you have the lockout hubs but the only time I would rip them is if I forgot to unlock my hubs and go for a long highway ride. You should be fine.
