Location: Cincinnati, Ohio - Amelia is the exact place. There is no one else on this site from where I am. Seems like everyone is from Cali or Washington. I guess I need to move.

hard to say, it looks like several 'brands' on the market. That particular style is one that any competent fabricator could build for you. shipping from the states to the great white north would be cost prohibitive IMO.
the skid plate looks to be cutting board material...I am trying to talk my father in law out of a 4x8 sheet of it

you know I'm half blind, but tell me if I'm seeing this right...
the window has a ginormous "ProComp Suspension" sticker on it...
now, is it just me, or does that look like a stock suspension, with just the t-bars cranked WAY up...

well if there were a bracket lift installed, then the spindle risers would also be installed... and I can kinda make out a tie rod on the driver's side... look's to be at quite an angle... and coming from the stock location on the stock spindle...
I'm not rap'n on the owner of the truck, I'm just curious now, lol

trav, its has to be a drop kit... otherwise the angles of the CVs would be much worse than they are, an with that much t-bar crank, you wouldnt be able to see the front cross member...
