Wouldjaball

New to 4runners, just redid the top half of the motor and this vacuum line was plugged, and I don't see it on the schematic on the hood. Not sure if it should be plugged or where it should go?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What line do you have on the port that is supposed to be blocked?
