I know you already bought the factory turbo charge pipe but If I were you I would run a front mount air to air intercooler. With the high stock compression it will be a necessity to prevent knocking. Another option would be an air to water intercooler. Once you get it up and running your going to want to crank up the boost (within reason).

Make sure you do your best to get those hard to reach oil lines, water lines on the turbo... the exhaust gasket, the header to turbo, and the wastegate down pipe ... all sealed and TIGHT...
get the best gaskets you can... the cheap ones burn out quickly... ask me how i know...
plus i got Allen head bolts for the turbo to exhaust flange, the exhaust to downpipe flange, and the collector... makes it MUCH easier to reach and tighten those hard to get to places... you can cut a d bend thre Allen wrench to exactly what you need to get to them on the truck.... off the truck it ain't so bad, on the truck a whole new ball game....
I just reclocked my turbo as it was too close to the header... got the inlet silicone sleeve hot and blew a hole in it this morning at WOT... lose boost pretty quickly that way... was a long drive home with no boost...

I'm also fixing to cut the freaking tubes off the inlet pipe... going to just run hose from the radiator to the turbo line... and a single hose from the valve cover to the intake tube.. its a pain and makes a mess everytime you take off the inlet pipe which for me has been several times... plus you have to wait for everything to cool off so you don't get scalded... I'm done with that lol
