I can respect that, although my truck will probably never rock 37's I really like the black against the silver paint...
Actually, I have to tell you as someone who has had chrome wheels, alloy wheels, and black steelies, I really like the black when it comes to cleaning the rig. Chrome is so stinking hard to keep looking good. And if they're older and start to rust, it looks way lame. At least with black steelies you can treat and paint over the rust. But hey, to each his own. (And I really was just messing with ya about the Cali thing. I lived there, too, and it seems like everyone chromes everything.)

why these hard descisions!!! AHHH. i really like the look of black rims, i think the look really bad ass and like hardcore. but then again whenever i see black rims i think of a car without hubcabs. I like silver though but i wanted somethin a little bit different then stock. So guys how bout a nice inbetween, how yall think a charcoal gray/gunmetal would look on the rims. Its dark enough where its not gonna be mistaken for the missing hubcabs but its not gonna be to bling bling.
Could one of you with more photoshop skills them me take that picture of the runner above and make the stock rims a dark grey.

i like the black steel wheels, i was going to get them for my truck but i came across the trd ivan stewart wheels and either they are going on or the stock aluminums from a 06 taco. both ars 16s. the trd are 16x8 and the taco wheels are16x7.
