so, your A/C didn't work because of broken wire.
you fixed wire and A/C worked fine.
you then deleted EGR and A/c quit being fine.
I'm saying yes, something important to A/C got removed or unplugged.

Check the fan operation. Is it an electric or clutch operated fan. If electric, you may have disconnected/broke a plug/wire in your AC fix and EGR rip-out process. Could not have enough air moving across the AC condenser at idle. If the fan is running with AC on at idle them that's an easy check off on the list of potential causes.
