95 4Runner Project
Hey Guys!
I wanna start by saying that i love this website! Ive learned a lot about everything!
Alright lets get serious! I got my baby 3 years ago. i decided to go all out on my first Vehicule! I bought a 95 4runner/Sequoia! Total=4000$ Sweet deal for a truck with almost no rust(very rare in Canada) Now probably like all u guys my dream is to have it lifted... u know full package!
So i started my project in july this year... I look for my gear ratio and found out that its 4.875... now my question is will it hurt it if i put my 33" 12.5 on it? Now i got my 33" in a very good deal so i bought them already! ill be short on money to buy the rest of my parts...
-Ard air locker front and back
-ifs front lift
-coil lift for the back
Now did I start my project wrong? im repainting it soon i bought a lot of parts...
-clear corner and flashers
-inclinometer
-10 ,150w long range off-road lights
-Mickey Tompson radial claw 33" 12.5"=250$ for 5( brand new) HAHA
-Roof rack
-Light Bar
-Hitch
-Winch
I was going crazy! I think i should of bought lockers and lift before! damm
Now i got another question... I see a lot of leafs conversion and looks like everyone has leafspring! i have coilsprings... now whats better and why? and what can i do to make my truck flex more... way more!!! got ifs and coil in the back!
Thxs a lot in advance! i know its a lot in one thread but i wanted to know my stuff before any question!!
Cheers!

wow...10 150w long range lights...hooolllyyyy craapppp..you're alternator won't last 5 minutes of that LOL
to fit the 33's you're cheapest route is gonna be to get some 1.5" BJ spacers (i recommend 4crawler..he has the cheapest prices and he's VERY well known for a great product) and then get some Cruiser Coils for you're rear end..lol..i believe you need rear coils from a 80 series land cruiser which is in the mid 1990's i believe...and make sure you get either 2 passenger side coils or 2 driver side coils...as one side is about 1/2in taller than the other...
after that you should be good on lift..just mount up the 33's on some stock wheels..or wheels with stock backspacing...
do you have an Automatic transmission..im guessing you do since you have 4.88's..which means the BEST gear combo for you would be 5.29's...but your 4.8s should be just fine..lol
