95 3vze

I have a 1995 SR5 four wheel drive 3vze 3.0 that I've had for 20 years long story short it's blown two head gaskets looking to do a motor swap on it would be the first advice ,easiest least expensive better motor do not want to 4 cylinder something in the 6 cylinder line. Need to know how to adjust the cold air idle the nut and the barrel screw fell completely out also the AC idle thanks for any help in advance as this is now my 17-year-old son's truck just trying to keep her on the road.

What's wrong the the 3vze?
If it's just the head gasket failure.... have you tried arp studs instead of head bolts?
should make a HUGE difference.
