93 Runner rear window problems
I have done some searching and I haven't been able to find someone with the same problem I have.
My rear window moves, lets say a 1/8in in either direction. but that is all. Almost like something is stuck. All my fuses/relays seem to be working fine and nothing appears to be blocking the geartrain. the rear wiper sags but I tried giggling it with no change.
Any ideas? also does anyone know where I can get a downloadable FSM?

You can down load the individual sections. It took me awhile but I downloaded all sections as pdf's and put it on a jump drive

Measure the voltage at the motor.
Try jumping the motor direct with a spare 12 VDC battery if it works your having line loss in a major way.
If it is the same time for a new motor.
Could be the motor is just getting old and tired.
