I just did some work on mine the other day and everything didnt go as smooth as I would like and I have some experience at this, so for the motor work and brake work you have done, I am sure you may have felt overwhelmed at times. But you have been doing one heck of a job. Congrats, and looking forward to hearing you getting it on the road.

Just make sure you actually use the parking brake (at least from time to time) so it doesn't seize up again.

ahhh, yes indeed....because mine is an AUTO transmission, i never had the need to use it, now i do.....have the need to keep from doing that repair again.

also....got to see, and understand how this stuff works (thanks to XXXTREME22R) and realize how important it is.....to keep it working and available.

I remember that you have an auto (learn how to drive!)! You're supposed to use it with an auto tranny if you're parked on hills and stuff, that's one of the reasons why they're there.

It's a good thing it was caught now, instead of during an emergency.

I demand that the next 5 pages be dedicated to you getting it inspected and installing the sticker, take the camera with you tomorrow!

Good work on the P. Brake. I've got an auto also and never use mine. I know we are supposed to use it on hills before we put the tranny into park. I think I used mine last year. I'll have to check it or start using it more often.
