Thanks for the suggestions I looked at the plugs that i had removed a few weeks ago i had COMPLETELY overlooked because i figured they had been in there quite a while and weren't in great shape either way. Upon inspection they are very black and the topmost part is a burnt lighter color. Almost a white. So today i decided to check the new NGK's i had installed on the tune-up and they already look almost as bad! And they're all evenly dark it appears. They also seemed wet and wreaked of fuel. Reminds me of a fouled plug in my old 2-stroke dirtbike when i ran a richer oil/fuel mixture.

It's quite apparent you're getting rich fuel mixture.
If you haven't done so, I'd definitely install a new O2 sensor. It won't code, but a bad one can drop your fuel economy by 3-5 mpg.
After that, I'd check for: 1) stuck cold start injector or 2) sticking injectors on the rail. Also check your VAFM.

Thanks for the reply TNRabbit I will buy a new o2 this friday. The 1 thing that sorta steered me away from trying this first is i read that the ECU only uses the o2 while in closed loop (i might have this backwards..) so basically it isn't utilized until its warmed up. My issue is from the time i start it in the morning till i shut it down for the day. Tho while cold it hesitates VERY badly, if you even blip the throttle without warming up more than 2-3 minutes it acts like a carburator with a bad accelorator pump. Just falls on its face then sorta breaks thru it until you return to idle again.
