'90-22r to 2.7L i4 swap
Hello everyone;
Has anyone achieved such a swap? Any tips would be appreciated.
'90 base pup. Factory a/c, power steering, headers, 4wheel disc brakes.
Stock 22r 2bbl., 5sp. manual.

I found that the TRfe swap has too many alterations. This engine was developed for the local Japanese market and the engine reflects this.
The exhaust and alternator are on the passenger side and the throttle body, a/c and battery are on the driver side just like a right hand drive vehicle.
Too radical for this pup. I'll work out some upgrades for my existing 22r. LCE has some decent but $$ upgrades.

first 22r engine went 400k.
