There are numerous ways to find some:

1. search
2. go to the fab shop or build up secitons
3. go to the check out my truck section for your specific year and type of vehicle
4. search
5.look at all the offroad company sites
6.search

Here are mine built by Jeff at http://www.badlandbumpers.com
Not cheap, but good things are never cheap. Shipping from WA to NC might be a killer though.

Search for a thread by Rocket - he had linked all the bumper manufacturers in one post.

The first thing you need to decide though is what do you want?
- Plate or tube?
- winch mount, front receiver, or both?
- air storage?
- light mounts?
- approach angle vs protection?

If you buy "off the rack" there will likely be compromises. The best way to get exactly what you want is to go custom. Custom is expensive, but be sure to add shipping on the others, you may find it's closer in price than you think.

Here's mine:

Answers to questions above for mine:
- Combination - it's primarily square tube to match the sliders
- Front receiver
- Yes
- Two
- Approach angle
