I have an 88 toyota pick up, 22r, and when I'd start it about 1 minute into driving down the road, the check engine light would come on for about 3-5 seconds, than go away, the truck runs fine and the same it always had since having it, I haven't noticed anything unusual about the way it drives at all. but the check engine light has come on only about twice, and not long enough for me to observe it, it would pop up and just go away, nothing would happen at all
