Question 88' 4runner Throwout Bearings?

My mechanic friend replace my clutch & pressure plate but he forgot to replace the two bearings that are part of the job. Does anybody here have part numbers for them???

I used the same parts numbers...... but then again I am using a 90 motor and tranny in my 87.
The early 88 and older are a different throw out bearing number. Pilot is the same for many years.
