86 toyota Pickup failed inspection

i took the truck i just bought to get an inspection they went into more detail than i thought they would. turns out i need new tie rods pitman arm and wheel bearings along with fixing the previous owners dumb HID lights that wont go into high beams. are there any lift kits that have new tie rods with them or a brand of tie rods that can take a beating more than stock? the end goal for this truck would to being able to jump some ditches at 45 and shoot through some fields. so i am not sure what suspension set up i would need. can anyone offer any insight into this?

Haha so after realizing that that goal is going to cost more then I am waiting to spend. I just want to be able to hit the trails and fields and be able to travel at a decent speed. But back to the start just replacing my old tie rods with stock ones will be fine. Turns out he also cut the muffler out and I need that. Anyone have a decent cat back system that sounds good or did y'all just get the whole setup
