Pull your interior panels and shuld have plenty of room to get to the bottom side of the bolt. I would take the bolt to your roll bar out and tilt it forward so as it would give you a little more rrom to clear the seat tab. Dont try and flex the plastic off of the tab as it will break.

Tilting the roll bar forward and laying on the floor of the truck will give the room to clear the tab. The plastic is brittle and will snap.
