3VZE - Two clutch sizes?

Howdy folks-

Are there two (or more?) clutch sizes for the 3VZE?

I'm mid-way through swapping an MBZ OM617 into a '90 Toyota pickup, using the 4x4 Labs conversion kit. The conversion flywheel I received from 4x4 Labs is supposed to be a modified 3VZE flywheel which will use the stock 3VZE clutch. The (brand new) clutch that came off the 3VZE that was in the truck doesn't fit. The dowel pins on the conversion flywheel don't line up to the clutch set, the bolt holes don't line up, in any orientation. The friction disc is too small as well. The flywheel is a couple mm too large, or the clutch set I have is a couple mm too small.

This clutch set fit the 3VZE that came out of the truck just fine, and fit on the core 3VZE flywheel I sent to 4x4 Labs just fine. Autozone only lists one clutch for the 3VZE, Napa lists several that are all the same size.

Before I call Luke at 4x4 Labs, is there another size clutch available for the 3VZE?

My plan is to head to Napa tomorrow with the conversion flywheel and see if we can find a clutch that'll match.

Thanks all. I'm taking pics of the swap and will post about that when it's done.

There's only one size. They sent you the wrong flywheel.

Thank you, that's what I figured. I called up Napa and spoke to their Yota guru, he agrees.

I've contacted 4x4 Labs, we'll see what happens.

Update:

4X4 Labs sent me a 3.4L flywheel. I returned the flywheel they sent me along with my MBZ flywheel, and the correct re-balanced flywheel was sent to me.

Other than the extremely long turn around time to fix their mistake, Luke @ 4x4 Labs took good care of the situation.
