Anyone thinking what I'm thinking?
...then the 3.2 stroker crank could fit into the 5VZFE!!
Which would theoretically create a 3.6 liter engine, with possibly enough torque and power to compete with Nissan's 3.5 V6. It would make a heck of a naturally aspirated engine. :bigclap:
What say you?

yup it would fit, but you would need custom rods made, or custom pistons with the small end bores moved up, if they could be moved up enough. really custom rods that are shorter, but then the rod ratio starts going to ลลลล. i think the mz(which is very similar if not the same as the vz series) could compete with the vq, the 3mz makes 235 or so, and i bet with a move to full 3.5l, a better intake manifold like the vq on the 350z/g35, headers, and less conservative factory tuning, and it would come close.
on an interesting note, 3mz-fe is called a 3.3l and is 3384cc, and 5vz-fe is called a 3.4l and is 3345cc.
