Edit: Ah, Wide Open Throttle.
I like to mash the pedal when I'm in a drive thru because you can hear the engine really well.
Also, Woman on Top.

Does it really make a difference? I was a little disapointed when my ISR mod didnt yeild the intake roar under WOT. I might bypass this box and see what I get. I doubt it would hurt anything right?
The bottom resonator is removed with the ISR mod. Thats why most guys have two vacuum lines going to their ISR intake tube. One for the PCV and one that goes to the siliencer (the PVC on the other side if im not mistaken).

Jay351....Ahh, you're right, don't know why that didn't occur to me about the 2 sides of the PCV. Yeah I have seen the 10,000 pics of the ISR mods on here and seen the two hoses on the intake. Only makes sense that one is for one side of PCV and one is for the other.
Man that damn intake must have been loud as hell when Toyota came up with it, for them to stick all those resignators on.
I have read that guys get the growl from the ISR mod and drilling the deckplate out. I gotta do my ISR mod, been lurking around Home Depot seeing what I can rig up. Been dealing with some other well known sweet 3.slow issues...namely the U shaped by-pass hose that Toyota so graciously crammed next to the firewall. Once that's done...it's ISR time.
