Just got back from the alignment shop.. Wow.. okay; way out of whack.. I'm curious what could of caused such a huge eff up on my positive camber.
Front left (drivers side) 1.8 degrees positive camber.
Front right (passenger) 5.0 degrees positive camber.
Recommendation on their machine called for -0.3 to 1.2 degrees. my caster wasn't so horrible; but my toe was pretty off because i had just installed a new tie rod and didn't get it any where close.
Final results? they had to add about 3/4" of spacers on the passenger side. Is this normal for having upper control arms and torsions on a 2wd? Any ways; final measurements are .9 degrees camber front right and left; caster is .7 on driver side and .8 on passenger; and toe is .05 degrees and .04 degrees.
Drives pretty well; straight. Took it on the freeway with my 3.42's still in it with the 31" tires and lets say.. 4th gear feels like its about 3k rpm 65mph lol.. I didn't even shift into 5th. I'll take better pictures when i get back home from home depot; but for now it drives pretty well.

Thanks for the comments. I am so much happier as of now that the truck isn't LOWERED any more! It rides so much better and now with the alignment it actually drives straight. Its a nice feeling for real. I went out side and took some pictures of it. Looks like a beast. Ive had about 4-5 people ask me if it was a 4wd and said it looked nice; the whole "nah its 2wd" throws them for a loop until I tell them I'm going to long travel it. Then they ask what color i will paint it lol!

one thing to check after a few days is to make sure the UCA bolts stay tight. i had some issues with my UCA bolts coming loose after the alignment was done and i lost all the shims 2 times on the passenger side. also make sure there are a few threads sticking out the back side of the mount where the bolts go. if there isnt, get a little longer bolt.

So do I understand your setup correctly? You have new UCA and cranked the torsions a little in the front and for the rear you have a longer shackle for the lift in the rear. And of course new shocks to match. And you have enough to clear 31"s with a little banging. and bending.
Thanks.
Thanks.

the upper control arms I have are aftermarket.. a few places used to make them and you can still find them used from time to time. Fabtech sells them new still.
I have aftermarket torsion bars made by Downey. Sway-away makes aftermarket torsions if you want new.
Rear shackles are 2" longer than stock. Truck is pretty effing level for what it is.
I have 98 toyota T100 4wd rear shocks, and stock 94 toyota 2wd front shocks all made by KYB. I also have 4wd fenders and corner lights, as well as much banging. Definitely drivable on the road though. My 3" body lift is on the way so I can go off-roading without rubbing and I will also be cutting my firewall to clearance the tires a bit more.

I just read back that you wanted to take the LSD out of your bro's supra. Sounds great, that was the route I was going to do.
BUT I would double check that it indeed is a 7.5" ring gear and the correct carrier. I believe it was after the 85 model year that they switched to the larger housing. From the research I did it was only up to Mk2 Supras that had carriers that could be retrofitted into our axles

i'm very aware of supra setups. mk2 supras were made until 1986, so 1982-1986 mk2 supras have 7.5" rear ends. mk3 supras were made from 1986.5-1992 and all came with an 8" rear end.
I was going to take the rear end out of his 1982 supra; but after looking down under the car it isn't an LSD.. which sucked. The differential i got from my friend ended up being a 4.30 open diff as well.. So thats why I just bought an aussie locker. I also just picked up some rear chains for my tires too incase it snows this year.

I had the same problem. I bought an axle off Craigslist the other day that said it had 410 gears and LSD...turned out it had broken booger welds on the spiders! FUN! Got my money back and the next day I found an axle with LSD in it for $100! I would look around for the LSD more but you already ordered the Aussie.

Okay guys; its been a little bit since I've posted any updates; we've had bad weather and I've been super busy since starting college again. Hence why my updates are only on weekends... Only days I have off So; Last weekend we tackled the front of my body lift, it was actually kind of difficult trying to figure out the steering; but other than that putting the body lift itself was easy. I haven't extended my shifter yet; as I've been busy! But I think I will go visit my old welding teacher and see if he'll let me borrow his Tig kit and I can extend it real quick!
Today me and my bro put the body lift on the rear; it was about 5 minutes to take the nuts off, 5 minutes to put the blocks under it, and 30 minutes of bitching about not being able to tighten it lol.. The FAR front blocks have a 1/2" ID nut that is a 19mm on the top; lock nut.. The bed has a lip right here; and is the only spot on the truck that has this lip, you cannot put a socket on it; and you cant put a wrench on it (unless you have maybe a special wrench with a bend in it at the very end.. We don't) So we only have 6 blocks in instead of all 8; I didn't have to touch my filler neck, it fits fine. So; I don't want to pull out my camera cause I don't know where it is so I took cell phone pics. I went out to the neighbors field and drove up on a compost pile to see if the rear end rubbed; It clears perfectly!
