so with the fuel pump running...
have some one check for spark while you're cranking it.

Assuming you still have spark and fuel pump is going and it has gas...
then the injectors arent' firing. ecu controls injectors.
you stated you have a code for no sta signal, that signal comes to the ecu from breaks off to the cold start injector/cs injector time switch, then goes up the cor relay and keeps going to the starter relay and finaly ends that the ignition switch.

you have not answered my question on what you ment by not starting. Does the starter engage and turn the motor over? or is there just clicking?

try finding a fsm for the ecu for your truck. It'll help with tracing where the STA signal wire would be running.

also.. the signal wire for the o2 sensor is sheilded on the main harness side of the plug. By sheilded i mean this is an insolated wire in the center and around that is a metal wire wrap and then its insolated again. Make sure the shielding wire does not touch the signal wire. The shielded wire is grounded at the ecu.

I really don't see a procedure for testing the ignitor itself The FSM just shows and explains how to test the coil, dizzy cap, and spark plug wires. Have you tested the sprk plug wires, themselves? Changed them recently?
