22RE Horrible EGR Noise Video

I just put a valve job on this 92 2WD pickup. All EGR ports are gasketed as normal. This noise goes away with acceleration. I'm assuming it's a vacuum control line?

There's a rubber line that goes under the EGR modulator that's routed from the exhaust. Check to make sure the line is attached and not rotten.
