The heads are already aluminum, LCE has a performance valve kit with lightweight valves, stiffer springs, keepers, retainers, and seals to prevent the valve float that tends to happen near redline. A little digging got me to http://www.coltcams.com/, who apparently used to do the cam work for Sea2Sky.
