1st / 2nd generation Toyota Truck Maintenance schedule (Excel file)

1st / 2nd generation Toyota Truck Maintenance schedule (Excel file)
Hello All,
I made this maintenance log last year at one point as I was transitioning my maintenance logs from paper-based to the digital age.
I tried uploading the file to Yotatech, but apparently .xls files are restricted. I can change it to whatever format is desired, but I don't check in too often, so someone else may need to do so for me.
Here's the link, rehosted at megaupload: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=7STXPWM9
I redacted most of my maintenance history as it became a little crowded.
If this would help anyone keep track of the work they done (or if you can improve on my setup), I would really appreciate it. In using the file, already, I would like to create a 'fluids' section (covering off all vehicle fluids), as opposed to having ATF split up from coolant, which is split from brake fluid.
I left in the oil change data (couldn't find mileage readings from the log for the first few years), just for fun.
The later tabs are the normal and severe maintenance schedules as outlined in my owners manual. The final ones are recommended maintenance schedules from current toyota dealerships and the internet (so if you would like to extend or decrease an interval, you can see how modern-day lubricants can affect your service schedule if you get into that situation.
I welcome your comments.
EDIT: This is from a 1986 4Runner, and specifically covers the 22RE. 3VZE schedules may be different.
Cheers,
Khany2002

xlsx
OK, now I understand. So, I can either wait for the older xls format to be done or buy a newer version of Office .... think I'll wait lol

Older Excel programs can open the newer versions. You just need to download a free patch for your version.
I had the same problem, My college 'upgraded' to MS office 2007, but I was happy using Excel 2003. I couldn't read any of the documents that were produced with MS office 2007.
But MS put out a patch and all is well.

Toyota Truck Maintenance Spreadsheet
All suggestions welcome! ...the tabs in red are ideas for the future, but in the meantime I essentially write down everything in the "log" tab and if I come up with something snazzier in the future I've at least got the data.

...I'm particularly happy with my "to-do" tab...I finally figured out conditional formatting for the new excel. Way different than previous versions!

Caution - previous post
I'm not entirely sure my MPG tab is formatted correctly...I have only filled it up once so far, so I haven't been able to validate the data.
EDIT (7 March, 2012): Slight modification, it checks out now - looks accurate.
