Coil and igniter are new ??
Some of the Ignition parts can be down right junk.
Wires what brand wires ??
Has the engine ever started ??
You first have spark then it quits ??
Battery voltage to low ??

I got a 87 toyota pickup 22r that was my daily driver. On my way home from work it started to buck and loose power when I would push the clutch it it back fired super loud. So got home replaced the timing chain. Now wont start it has brand new spark plugs and wires got a new distributor cap and rotor new pick up coil new coil and ignitor it gets spark when the truck starts to turn over but then after a few cranks it stops getting spark

Did you test the ignitor and coil?
Also sounds like you may have a loose plug wire. You could try carefully squeezing the contacts to make them smaller and grab more. Or if you didn't already, buy Denso stuff for the whole ignition system- the OEM ignition is pretty flawless.
