Warm start
So I have been running good the last few days. Issue I知 having is I am running around town and all is good. Once the truck has been going 60-80mph a while 30min or so the next start up it will idle rough. I can hit the gas through it and it will recover and all is good but it idles like it wants to die after start up.
On a cold start up it works well. No issues. Idles like it should.

Possibly, the FPR isn't increasing the fuel pressure as it should during a heat soak. So, could be the FPR, the VSV, the vacuum line between the two, the ECU, or the ECT sensor. That's the system that increases the fuel pressure during a heat soak, preventing bubbles from forming in the fuel rail(s).
A good check is to put a pressure gauge on the fuel system, and then pull the vacuum line off the FPR. The fuel pressure should increase to what comes out of the fuel pump. With the vacuum line on, it will be somewhat less.
Lacking a pressure gauge, you can pull the return line off the FPR, and measure the amount of fuel that comes out with, and without, the vacuum line on. With the vacuum line on, I believe it should produce about 500 ML in a minute, more without the vacuum line. Not a precision measure, but enough to get an idea of whether, and how well, the FPR, and it's associated systems, are functioning.
Also, check the IACV, to make sure it stays closed completely when the truck is warmed up. Pinch it's hose closed, the large one going to the Throttle Body, when the idle is rough, and see if it smooths out.
Hope there's some sort of helpful info in all my rambling...
