Vibration on freeway 2wd pickup

Vibration on freeway. Not in the steering wheel. The whole body is shaky between 60-75 mph.
When I purchased this truck it had a dented driveshaft and I drove it home about 120 miles. A lot of vibration.

Got the replacement driveshaft in there now. Front steering and suspension seem to be tight.
Also replaced: shifter bushing...front and rear shocks...checked front and rear brakes, lubed caliper pins, cleaned and lubed rubbing points on brake shoes and adjuster.
I'm wondering about possible damage from the dented driveshaft. What could it have possibly damaged to cause vibration?
When I raised up the rear and spun the tires by hand, I heard the normal sound of drum brakes and also a gurgling/gritty sound. Maybe coming from the hub. Difficult to pinpoint. Maybe both hubs.
Haven't done yet: 1) Check the balance of these cheap tires. 2) Alignment.
I know these bad vibrations are difficult to diagnose but could the dented driveshaft cause the pinion bearing to go bad or some other issue?

Bad pinion bearings!

If it's shaking the whole back end or chassis it's a good sign one of the unbalanced parts , assuming Good balanced parts (ie not tires, not the prop shaft) is no good.

My go to test here is the rear view mirror (assuming it's not loose and floppy), find a nice straight road with a light behind you. You can look in the mirror and see how the light trails move. Circles are your drive line compared to tires or wheel bearings will show a vertical streak.

Interesting with the light and rear view mirror trick however my mirror is floppy and I also can't see well due to dark window tint and the camper shell.
You think I might be able to hear some noise from the pinion bearing if I get close and have someone else spin the tires?I don't hear any unusual noises when driving...just the beautiful sound of that 4 banger
