Question TPS Woes

I was running all the Ohm tests on my 85 22re TPS and when I got to the WOT test all values went up till about half throttle then from there to wide open it read a big 0L. Can I just assume its bad ? Just going through checking sensors because truck sat for 4 years after it was stolen and it wont start easy when cold. Found the cold start temp switch to be bad too. Thanks for any help.

mine was doing , more or less, the same thing .. upon removal of the TPS I checked the TB shaft , and found it was warn and causing the fluxuations . I ended up finding another good TB , which was a tough find

Smile Re

I have more than a few problems. Not getting any Ohm readings on the Start Injector Time Switch either so I guess I am off to the junk yard and probably pick up a Throttle Body too since the shaft is a little wiggly on the cable side. Thank for the advice.
